At Calm Footprint Language Studio, we believe clarity in communication starts with our legal terms. This document outlines the mutual agreement between our studio and you, ensuring a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment in Istanbul.
Foundation of Service
By accessing calmfootprint.site or enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our digital or physical services.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
Registration for our language courses requires accurate personal information. We reserve the right to refuse service based on capacity or conduct concerns.
Our studio offers a curated selection of language learning modules. While we aim for excellence, language acquisition is a personal journey. We provide the tools, environment, and curriculum, but results are influenced by individual effort and consistency. You must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental consent to enroll in our Istanbul-based programs.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum designs, unique learning materials, graphics, and website content are the exclusive property of Calm Footprint Language Studio. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials strictly for individual learning purposes. Distributing, reproducing, or selling these educational assets without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The Boundaries of Excellence
User Responsibility
Users must not use this site for any unlawful or prohibited activity. This includes attempts to interfere with network security or harvesting data without consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials used to access student resources.
Booking & Refunds
Course reservations at our Studio in Beyoğlu are subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date may be subject to a partial fee retention. We strive to be fair, but administrative resources are allocated upon booking.
Liability Limits
While we aim for 100% uptime, Calm Footprint is not liable for temporary website outages or technical disruptions. We provide our digital resources "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding constant availability or error-free operation.
Governed by Turkish Law
Our studio operates in the heart of Istanbul, following all regional educational regulations and civil codes of the Turkish Republic.
Jurisdiction &
Legal Clarity
These Terms of Service (TOS) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of the use of our website or registration for our studio programs in Beyoğlu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect evolving studio policies or legal requirements. Notifications for significant changes will be posted here.
Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate access to our digital platform if users violate the intellectual property or conduct clauses mentioned above.
